Today is day 22 of the "30 Paintings in 30 Days" with Leslie Saeta.
Voting takes place on Sea Dean's blog.
Today's painting was done from one of my own photos taken in Key West, Florida.
Yesterday was portrait day for one of my groups.
Barry posed for us.
As soon as I saw this I knew it was the Keys from the bright colors! Love both of these.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you have so much colour in the sky and so much white in the water. It's probably not like the photo, but I think it's great.
ReplyDeleteKey West is known for great sunsets, gorgeous colors Joan!
ReplyDeleteThe sunset is stunning. I agree with Sea.
ReplyDeleteBarry looks like he is a thinking type and kind man. You captured that feeling.
Exciting colour for your sky, what a fabulous subject for doing the 30 painting challenge, you could paint on everyday and no two would be the same
ReplyDeleteThanks, Celia!
ReplyDeleteJulie, thanks! Barry is also an artist.
Lorraine, I'm enjoying the skies. Thanks!
