Today's painting, "Sunset Glow" is from a reference photo I took in Texas. They have some amazing wide open skies that are wonderful at sunset and at sunrise too.
Sunset Glow by Joan Tavolott |
Tonight my sketch group met at Panera Bread for our sketching session. There are always people around for subjects. Sketching with a group is always a fun way to spend the evening.
Great sky Joan and I just caught up with your previous post, I Love the monochromatic sky
ReplyDeleteYou have some lovely work here Joan. I particularly like this sunset. Good luck with the ART PARTY voting and thanks for being part of the fun.
ReplyDeleteWow! What a gorgeous sunset! and a wonderful sketch at Panera Bread (a favorite place to go!)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous sunset Joan. Keep them coming.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much everyone!
ReplyDeleteStunning colors again!
ReplyDeleteJoan - what a great landscape. This captured what I would think of as a Texas scene. Don't you just love Panera bread - we have them here and they have the best soup and sandwiches. Thanks for sharing.
