This sketch was done sitting in my car looking down Shore Road in Bellport. I liked the vantage point of sitting at the top of the hill and having the fence go down along the road. The Bellport Dock is down where the stop sign is but on the right. Straight ahead are the racks of kayaks and then the bay comes in as you look toward Brookhaven.
This is so well done. The perspective is very good, I have my brakes on!

DeleteJoan I love this sketch. There is something about a road leading away that directs my eye and makes me want to see what lies beyond that place. Hope you are having a great start to your week. Glad to read that you are seeing some crocuses in bloom. Mine are not blooming yet but in the town where I work saw a yard full of them. What a lovely sight. Hugs!
