I've been working on a lot of pages for the sketchbook project. This is a sketch of the outside of The Shed, a restaurant in West Sayville. It is a hilly place for table service but it seems to work. I always feel sorry for the wait staff that has to carry food outdoors.
Great sketch. Your comment about the wait staff made me smile. An old timer friend of ours would have said, "That's what they signed on for."
ReplyDeleteLOL I guess that is true, but in this place it is a long (and sometimes steep) walk to the kitchen.
