Cremosa Market

Our day of sketching in Westbury (see yesterday's post) had me cross the street and sit in front of Friar's Tavern for a view of Cremosa Market. Suzala was standing there at her easel painting the building on the opposite corner so of course I included her. It worked well together as a subject.

  1. Oh Joan I really like this one...putting people in a sketch really makes it special. (I am not good with people and perspective - need to practice, practice, practice) :)!!

    1. Thanks, Debbie. I practiced a lot to be able to put people into the scenes and still have some trouble...especially if the people are seated for some reason.

    1. Jo, thanks. Originally I was going to sketch a different building but Suzala looked so good standing there that I changed my mind.
