Somehow this sketch got forgotten with the more recent work. I was out east and did this sketch in my concertina sketchbook reserved for sketches on the north fork of Long Island. There was forsythia and other yellow flowers in the grass.
This is beautiful and so much like spring. I think you are having more cold weather this weekend. I think our cold is gone but we need rain. Hopefully on Sunday.
Thanks! It probably hit 70 today and is expected to be cooler tomorrow, but back in the low 70s on Sunday. Hope you get some rain. There are so many places that really need it.
