Sometimes power lines add so much to a sketch. I love this and it looks like the stopped car is in the no parking zone, well just to the edge. Fun!

The clock tower is great Joan and I always enjoy your street scenes. I like the double sign on the right. no stopping but a pedestrian sign? too funny!
