One day it was raining too hard to find an outdoor location that was covered, so I did the next best thing. I took the vaporetto up to Ferrovia which is the train station in Venice. It was a good indoor location, but out near the platforms and tracks I had to make sure I was back far enough that the rain wasn't coming underneath the overhangs.
I remember this station! It's too bad you had so much rain in Venice, but you sure took it in stride! I don't think you missed a minute of sketching!
