There was still some snow piles around when I found a spot in Sayville to sketch the view on Main Street. I lucked out and found a spot near a driveway so nobody parked directly in front of me. lol

The amount of detail you put it always astounds me, Joan. Everything from the traffic lights to the scalloped siding and the printing on the signs . You are a marvel!
Such a great piece, Joan. I guess we can't complain about a little snow and rain mixed here when you still have piles! I wonder if we're really into spring or if winter has one more blast for us! Yes, the secret to good sketching is good parking. Lol.
