Path to the Water

I went back to Crab Meadow in Northport for a second time last week. This time I painted the path going through to the water. This is 8 x 10.

  2. I'm now in love with Crab Meadow...... and it's all your fault!! Another lovely picture Joan. It's so easy to get problems with the foreground on scenes like this but, as usual, you've nailed it. Wonderful!!!!

  3. Joan, this is really beautiful! The way you've painted the sand has me studying and studying too. Somehow I figure you could make a killing selling you local paintings locally.

  5. Beautiful painting Joan, so peaceful. I love the inclusion of the orangey colours, warming the picture up. Great perspective. I could live with this on my wall.
