Red Barns and Tractor

On Monday I took a trip to the Smithtown Historical Society. I've been there before but haven't come close to painting all the views. I did like this one. This is 5 x 7.

  3. Oh I do love this view too. Traditional red barns kept so beautifully! Surrounded by trees and flowers and it doesn't get any better!

  4. Thanks, Hilda. I really like red barns and we don't seem to have too many around any more.

    Tina - Thank you!

Sherry - It is in a really nice setting, but just off a very busy main road. But when you go in the back it is like another world.

    Ann - Thanks so much.

  5. Gorgeous, as always! It is sad to see summer go, but just love those fall colors! Sorry I've been absent for a long while... have to get back into drawing again... was a great summer though, and hope yours was too!

  6. Dear Joan this is super! I love the composition and the compliment of that green tractor with those red barns. Who could resist a scene like this. Have a fabulous week-end.
