After Christmas ordered an amaryllis bulb kit for myself from Holland Bulbs. I grew one once before and it was a lot of fun to see it grow and then blossom. It is an Apple Blossom Amaryllis which should have white petals brushed with pink and then a lime green throat. I'm looking forward to seeing what develops!
These instructions are good to read -- I don't think I've been watering mine often enough!
ReplyDeleteThe problem is they don't tell you how much to water them. You have to guess. I'm afraid to over water it because the pot has no drainage.
