Somehow this sketch got lost after I did it about 2 weeks ago. Food trucks are making more of an appearance here on Long Island, or else I'm just suddenly noticing them more. This one is along the Long Island Expressway not too far from me. I will have to stop and try the tacos at some point. There are almost always customers there.

DeleteYummy, taco Tuesday or Thursday. I bet they have shrimp or fish tacos. I like those, too. (Happy Debbie is getting rain, we are still hot and dry.)
