Last Tuesday my plein air group, PALS, headed up to Stony Brook Harbor. We've painted there many times in the past so I looked for a different view...and one that was in the shade. I liked this view with the rocks and the water that goes back into the scene.
This is gorgeous with texture and distance. Wow, lovely!!
