Brown's River Road

Last Wednesday the Patchogue Sketch Club met in Sayville along Brown's River Road across from the ferry terminal. We've painted there quite a few times before, but there is always a nice view of boats and bits of buildings. Of course the forecast was for rain that night and while we were sketching we watched some very dark clouds passing a bit to the north of us, heard a bit of thunder, and saw some lightning just before we decided to call it a night. We did have some storms down here, but we luckily were home by then.
