Tree In Bloom

Our trees and plants are finally starting to bloom. I caught this one at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum this past week. I love the pink blossoms.

I am nearing the end of the "Final Fantasy" blog posts. Check out the latest.

  4. This is beautiful Joan! What type of tree is this?
Love the photos of you and your friends and your artwork for the hospice fundraiser. As usual lots of beautiful work to admire on your blog - and now on your floral fantasy blog too!

  5. Thanks, Tina. It is so pretty seeing all the pink trees. I saw a yellow magnolia yesterday and it was gorgeous. I just didn't have a color yellow that would work for it.

Sherry, thanks so much. Between the flowering trees and the flowering forsythia it looks so pretty.

Wendy, I walked around the tree but this one didn't have a name...and I'm not good at identifying them. lol Thanks for your comments.

  6. Whatever it is, it's pretty. Nice sketch! I will have to take a trip to the Wildlife Center to see if the dogwoods are flowering yet.
