Inktober 2018 - Day 21

Our weather seems to have changed overnight and the cold arrived. I went out today in my down jacket so I could get an Inktober 2018, Day 21 sketch done. Sayville was having a Fall Festival today with wasn't much more that food vendors, some crafts, a few rides, and this giant bouncy pumpkin. I sat across the street on the steps of the bank somewhat protected from the wind and in the sunshine...a good spot.

  1. This looks fun! It's getting cold here, too... I had to wear my down to go out yesterday. Our outdoor sketching days are numbered. :-(

  3. Brrrr. Great scene captured for October. Lovely. I hope not to wear a down coat or any heavy coat here! We have had too much rain and cool weather .. in the low 60s.

  4. Nice sketch Joan. I bet that pumpkin was something in colour - lol. Nice to see people attending in spite of the cold.
