Pumpkin Patch

Last Thursday I took a ride to the Organics Today Farm in East Islip. The owner was so sweet and allowed me to paint out by the pumpkin patch. My plein air group was scheduled to paint there yesterday, but I knew I wasn't going to be able to go with them. I'm glad I got to go last week, from photos I saw today, the field had a lot fewer pumplins when they went.

  2. Gorgeous Joan. The corn stems set off the pumpkins beautifully.

  3. Such a beautiful autumn piece! We're going to a pumpkin patch this Sunday with the grandkids. I wonder if they'll still have quite a few pumpkins. I have to remember to bring the camera.
