Train Sketches

Today I took the Long Island Railroad in to the city to meet the NYC Urban Sketchers. I had some time to do some sketching on the train en route.

    You're so good at portraits Joan...lovely to sketch whilst travelling, I always find it makes the journey go quicker :-)

    Great sketches. I saw an article somewhere about Urban Sketchers and put it aside in my mind to read and send to you. It went into the archives, evidently. Maybe I will see it again today. Ha.

    Oh - I love the one of Hoboken Terminal. I haven't seen it for years so was so pleased to see it looking just like I remember. Great sketch.
    Love all the others too but the first one just made me feel happy.
