Jim

Jim posed for us this week at our portrait group. I had no trouble with his face, but the positioning of his arms as he leaned forward on his guitar did. I think his arms still look too short for his body. The foreshortening got me.

    It still looks pretty darned good, Joan! Love how you handled the folds on the shirt, the guitar, and the light on his face.

    I like the sketch. Arms and legs that are folded are always hard.

    I like this, too. I think the arms are good and the hands are well done. The hands are too small, not the arms. :) Hard to do for sure.
