These have interesting textures! Are you using water-soluble inks?- Tina
Good catch, Tina. I used Tombow markers with the watercolors.
Great sketches Joan. Lovely scenery. Lucky you. Interesting you are using inks.
Lovely sketches. Can feel the atmosphere of the place.
Wonderful sketches, Joan.!
I think I like your beach sketches best of all, Joan! And I assume it's cold still, given the grey skies and bent grasses - which might explain your topic choice for your fake journal! That journal looks like fun, too!
Laura, thanks. I like to play around with the inks and watercolor together.Polly, thanks so much.Hilda - Thanks!Kerry - Thank you. It is still cooler than it should be and the beach grasses haven't sprung back up yet. Glad you got to see the fake journal too.
Somehow I have visions of a rustic beachy cabin...a great place to live! What lovely views you have nearby, Joan!
