People, People, People

Luckily it was nice the last few weeks and I was able to get to the beach a lot.
I sketched a lot of people there sometimes just directly in ink...


...and sometimes adding watercolors.

And sometimes with no ink at all.

    I love how you keep working on figures, Joan. I admit they scare me; I always screw up their proportions.

    Jo, thanks. It is just as easy/difficult to sketch in watercolor as anything else.

    Thanks, Sherry, I have to really think when I do them in ink. Too often I don't make the arms the correct length, or the torso doesn't work in proportion to the legs.
