Over on the "Paper, Paint, Pencils, and Pens" blog we are sketching animals. I posted a few of them already, but here are more.
First is a crab done from a photo I took in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Then I did an odd looking duck with my water-soluble graphite and Inktense pencils.

Next is a goat from a local farm.
When we were in Ireland last year we saw a lot of sheep. On day when we were driving through Killarney National Park we came around a turn to find an entire flock of sheep and the sheepherder completely blocking the road. They surrounded our car. I felt like I was in a movie. LOL Of course my camera was in my bag, and by the time I got it out I could only see the sheep from the back. I did take a few photos anyway.
Since we aren't too far from the water, seagulls are a common sight.
This egret was also done from a photo I took in Myrtle Beach.
This elephant was done from a photo in the WetCanvas Reference Library by "maltman."
"Lisilk" provided the photo for this red eyed tree frog in the WetCanvas Reference Library.
This kangaroo was done from a photo in the WetCanvas Reference Library supplied by "skippigurl100."
Joan, each and every one is fabulous but I confess the elephant and egret are my top two favorites of the group! Great work!!
