I wanted to do a painting for day 18 of the #30x30DirectWatercolor2018 challenge but didn't have a lot of time today. I have passed this house thousands of times but the shadow and light on it this morning captured my attention. I sat in my car across the street from this house and completed this in about 20 minutes. It is a small painting, probably about 5x7.
Nice to find a surprise after seeing something all the time…happy accident. Beautiful.
