The Farm on Lakeland

I enjoy painting The Farm on Lakeland in Sayville. It always looks so great with all the plants outside and the wonderful veggies and treats inside. I caught some of the shoppers on Sunday morning before I did a little shopping there too.

Pantaleons Farmstand

East Setauket has a nice farmstand called Pantaleons that is open pretty much year-round. Right now there are Christmas trees, wreaths, and kissing balls available for purchase.

The Farm on Lakeland

There is a farmstand on Lakeland Ave called "The Farm." I've sketched and painted there a few times. It gets crowded and I try to sit to the side so I'm not in the way.

Here are a few that were done previously.
Done in 2019.

Direct watercolor done in 2020.

My only front view of The Farm.
An 8 x 10 painting done for Paint the Great South Bay in 2017 and sold to the owner of the farm.

Inktober Day 17

My Day 17 Inktober was sketched at Deer Run Farm in Bellport using my Lamy pen, my Sailor Fude Pen, and an orange Sakura Micron Pen.

Happy 4th of July

What is more Americana than a farmstand selling home grown vegetables and flowers?
I did this the other day on the North Fork of Long Island after I did the ATC of the farmland.

Wishing everyone a HAPPY 4th of JULY!
