Inktober Day 13

I've had a bottle of Noodler's Purple Martin Ink for quite a few years and I don't remember the last time I used it. This Day 13 Inktober sketch was done near La Tavola in Sayville using a dip pen...another material I never use.

 

Inking My Way

I didn't have a chance to sketch outdoors yesterday so when I got home I dug out a few of my ink bottles and put them together with a few pens for a still life. Ink bottles are often just such great shapes. This was sketched in ink...with my Elegant Writer and one of my Lamy pens.
