Outside the Sayville Bean

 A stop at the Sayville Bean was a good spot to find some people to sketch early in the morning during our heat wave. It was early enough for the heat to be tolerable.

Sayville Coffee Spot

I guess I'm on a coffee theme. This was sketched from my new mobile studio (a Toyota Rav 4) while sitting along Main Street in Sayville. The Sayville Bean always has people coming in and out so a spot out front is always a prime location.

For those of you who had noticed, somehow I lost track and missed posting here for about 5/6 days. I did go back and post something for the days I missed, so if you are so inclined you can check out those posts. I am now on track again.

 

Around Locally

 I've been sketching a bit around locally. This is the back deck of a restaurant in Patchogue that is right on the canal called Harbor Crab.

I did stop into Sayville Bean for a capuccino and a sketch the other day.

This house was up in Smithtown among the historic houses.

You know how I love the street corners in the small towns. This was sketched of the East Moriches Hardware Store.
