Arboretum Pink

I did make another trip to paint the pink trees at the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale. I just couldn't resist the pink trees there.

    This is beautiful. ..truly! I love the background greens peeping through.
    Just saw that Wendy is on her way. What a long trip it is from Australia. Lucky you getting to meet her. I loved her book and think she is a very special person. I know you will enjoy each other.

    Thanks Julie. I have really enjoyed doing the trees this spring. I'm really excited about meeting Wendy. I just heard from her and she got to her hotel about 3 today. Hopefully by Wednesday when we are planning to meet, she will be a bit rested. I'm sure we will have a lot of fun!
