I'm not quite sure what happened yesterday that I didn't post. I know I was busy painting but that is no excuse...I was home most of the day.
A friend reminded me that the wisteria is in bloom so I ran off to the Bayard Cutting Arboretum because I know the wisteria hangs from the porch of the manor house there.
This is 5 x 7.

Very nice Joan. Ummm, those potatoes sound delish!
ReplyDeleteI adore the wisteria. It creates something magical when it hangs, creating a curtain of beautiful lavender. You captured it just right.
ReplyDeleteLove your neat sketch of all the ingredients.

ReplyDeleteJulie, thank you. I'm always looking for places where I can sit and sketch it.
I'm so happy you found the time to paint the wisteria before it's gone, I love it! Potatoes and rosemary are a match made in heaven! Great work on the recipe sketch!
ReplyDeleteOh I do love purple wisteria! Beautiful crop of the scene, Joan. And you've got me wanting rosemary potatoes!
