On Sunday I headed over to the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Oakdale to see a friend's artshow at a gallery there and then paint. These hydrangeas were calling to me. They always remind me of my grandmother who had them growing in our yard when I grew up. This is 5 x 7.
Such a sweet little painting Joan, with its precious memories.
ReplyDeleteSigh...you find the most gorgeous gardens ever!
ReplyDeleteAnn - Thank you.
ReplyDeleteSherry - Thanks. I'm lucky to have such lovely places to paint.
Wish I could view the world like you do Joan. You seem to see a painting around every corner. Take care. Laura x
