Pampering

A pedicure is one of my indulgences that I make sure to keep up with all year long. It had been a while, but Lee definitely helped my toes and feet feel good.

Assorted Sketches

The other day I treated myself to a pedicure and foot massage. I brought along a tiny sketchpad to sketch the technician.

A truck and a car for the Creative Spark Scavenger Hunt.

This sketch was done from a photo of my grandnephew taking part in a lion dance for the Lunar New Year at his school.

Direct Watercolor #13

I haven't posted a figure yet for the 30 x 30 Direct Watercolor Challenge. This was done in Sayville and she stayed the perfect amount of time to finish painting her. I didn't get to do her companion.

These figures were not for the challenge but were fun to do while I was getting a pedi.

30 x 30 Direct Watercolor - Day 16

My plein air group met at the Peconic Herb Farm in Calverton on Tuesday morning. I usually focus on flowers there but was attracted to this cabin on the property. Here is my Day 16 painting...no pencil lines.

Here's a little extra digital painting I did recently using ArtRage.
