Farm Stand

There are still a few local farm stands that have seasonal veggies available...but most have already closed for the season or have switched to Christmas trees and wreaths. It was nice to find one still out there.

I think I have auto-pilot when it comes to farm stands. I found this one out near Riverhead after I did some shopping at the Tanger Outlets. I would assume that once Thanksgiving is over most of the stands will close for the season. Most stay open selling the cold weather veggies and Thanksgiving pies. (Not that i'm ever tempted by those. lol)

After painting the flower field below I faced the other way in the car and sketched the farm stand directly in ink. This is about 4 x 6.
