I've been slowly finishing up an assortment of projects, but I wanted to get my living room ready for Christmas. Pulling out the tree is always a project even though it is in a box that only requires moving things on one side of the living room closet. lol Of course I pulled the sections out and procrastinated by sketching the pieces as they were out of the box. Yes, by noon the tree was actually put together and all parts of it were lit. Yay! Decorating it will take place soon.

I love seeing your pre-assembled tree! We all enjoy the finished results, but Christmas takes a lot of work! This documents it.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I've learned to do a little work on the tree and then take a break to sketch or do something else. It makes it easier. lol
DeleteI like that you sketched this. I've been thinking of you and the hard work. I told you we didn't get our tree out of the attic, just got a new small one. It was easier but I miss the memories in the saved ornaments. Sigh...thanks for sharing this.
ReplyDeleteIt is a lot of work...and who knows how long I'll be willing to continue doing it. My sister, Michelle, didn't put up a tree because her son was sick and never got it out of the attic. She also didn't paint and send out cards. I don't want that to happen to me!
