Yesterday afternoon, my sketching pal, Susan, and I went to Patchogue to sketch. She wanted to do something a little more urban than the landscapes that we usually do. This was a walkway from the parking area to the main street. The building on the left houses a restaurant so all we were smelling was fried onion rings and terriyaki marinade.
Hi Joan,
ReplyDeleteGreat job, walked there so many times with my daughter and grandchildren. Oh how I miss them, we just returned on Tuesday. Have to get back to my work so I don't think about them.
See you soon.
Joan

ReplyDeleteHi Joan,
ReplyDeleteLovely, charming painting of the street scene in Patchogue. Well done!
I think the aroma around the place must have make me believe I was painting in heaven. I love to cook and paint. Great details in the buildings, Joan.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks everyone! Lin, I'm glad you solved the problem.
