Sayville Blooms

Before my surgery I tried to do a few direct watercolor paintings for the 30 x 30 Challenge so I would have things to post in case I didn't get right back to doing art...and so far I haven't. This was done in Sayville directly in watercolors.

    This has the things I love. Red and our flag. Applause. The dark greens really mae the red and white stand out. Very special.

    Brilliant idea! Nice to have a pool of paintings to dip into during your recovery. And this one does look very patriotic!
