While the jalapeno was around I decided to sketch it a few more times, each time using a different medium. I started with Neocolors for the first one, used a green pastel pencil and Posca markers for the center one, and Derwent watercolors for the one on the right. Which is your favorite?
I like all three Joan and it is too hard to choose. The Derwent pencils I think would be the medium I would want to try. All are great and you captured the shadows so well. Hope you are seeing a break in the weather. We are finally getting warmer here and the snow is melting. Yeah! Have a great week friend. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debbie. Every time I look at them I like a different one more. It has warmed up a bit and some of the ice is melting. Now we have to worry about people falling through the ice by the water. Enjoy your week!
DeleteI like the brighter green on the pastel, but all have graceful gesture and shadows. Congrats on trying them all out.
